... and she called him wiiiiiild flower. Or was it fire? I know, I know, I always bring it back to horses.
Sorry, I misplaced my filter for a moment. :) The Wild Flower Bouquet. Innocent and sweet and without pretension, a humble beauty. The wildflower bouquet is the supporting actor, proudly sitting second to the natural beauty of the bride. Imagery of a barefoot bride running through a meadow, a bright smile, shoes in hand picking flowers along the way to the alter. To me, THIS is the wildflower bride.
Another perfect example - Meghan Markle. If you watched the royal wedding and paid attention to her flower selections, she chose wildflowers. Forget-me-nots (Princess Diana's favorite flower), sweet peas, lilies, jasmine and a sprig of myrtle were some of the ingredients used in Kate's bouquet. All with special meaning, and picked by Prince Harry.
We can't provide Prince Harry to pick your flowers, but perhaps your husband-to-be. Haven't done this before, but what a great concept! This could be an option with any bouquet style you choose. When your wedding flowers are designed by a Local Farmer/Florist, the sky is the limit. Let us think outside the box for your special day!
Now that we've covered a few bouquet styles for 2018, we will move on to colors! Next post, will be Spring Colors 2019.
Until then, Peace, Love and Flowers, Y'all.
